Finger Prints taken in L.A.

I wonder if any one can help with a query regarding finger printing when arriving at L.A. airport. We went to Orlando last October and know that we had to have finger printing and have eyeball photos taken. I was wondering if this was the same at L.A airport.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Yes, the airport in the US where you enter the country and go through immigration you will get your fingerprints and photo taken.

We went through LA early December and had finger prints and eyeballs. All told we went through 4 US airports and they were all the same. The wait wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and if you have a connecting flight and running late they would put you to the front of the line.
