Here's something that just occured to me - shouldn't there be a "packing" smilie?

Oh, ho ho ho, really funny. Yeah, you are going, and I'm, WE, are not. Yeah, if there was a packing smilie, it would have me with an AK-47, yep, that's what I would be packing.

Thanks for the offer, but I prefer to see the baby minus the placenta........actually in my former life (before my 2nd child) part of my job was to weigh the placentas and measure the umbilical chords.

february, huh? Nebo's trying to talk me into a POSSIBLE feb trip, to do more housing research. feb, cause I have to wait until after superbowl, cause I work sundays at Wine and Roses , the restaurant, but hopefullyy it'll pick upon sundays during fottball, the sports bar has the NFL ticket (all the games).
sundays have been slow. but last sunday I had a party of 12 for an anniversary for the brunch. plus more tables than usual.. and today was great. I had a baby shower, 37 people for the brunch/buffet, plus other tables. and the owners family came in for a birthday (7 people) and they ordered "nice" and tippped well! (makes up for a lousy fri and sat night )
but, I got to come home early sat night ans spend some time with Jackson. there was a gigantic toy sale at a church near us and I bought him a whole box full of toys for $11! so I actually got to play with him! he was SO cute this morning. running around naked!! playing with his toys. "Jackson, come get dressed" "I CAN'T!" (why do little kids love running around naked?)
Jeremy's(the youngest son) wife is due sept 6, but has high blood pressure. If it doesn't go down, they might induce on tuesday. then we will have a little disney princess in the family!!! little kaylie!

I have a one year old niece named Kaylie....I'm a little partial to the name now.

I hope all goes well with your daughte in law. I've been there with the high blood pressure.........not fun!

I guess they call it preclemsia?(sic) something like that. that poor little thing. she has had a hard pregnancy. first they tried for a LONG time to GET pregnant (my son Jeremy said it was very hard work! ) her ankles are like barges. she had to spend 2 weeks in the hospital cause the pregnancy inflamed her colitis. I think she is hoping the pressure is NOT down, just so she can have the baby already. she's such a sweet girl. they were high school sweethearts (with a minor "break" in college).
nebo says"HI!" to everyone. (OK, I assume he does. look at the time... he's sleeping..)

Yep, that's what I had 4 times! I had my first baby 8 weeks early due to it. I remember my feet and ankles would get so big that I couldn't even get my feet into flip flops!

Oh, Smidgy, one of my favorite pictures is of my son at about age 2 bringing in the newspaper in the rain with a big red umbrella in a red and white striped tank top and nothing else.
Yep, he sure liked running around without underwear too.
Now he is an Officer in the Airforce, and far away. WHAA!!!
