Finding my DVC guide’s name?

Is there a place on the DVC website where I can find my guide’s contact info?

I don’t believe so. You should be able to call the sales number and they can tell you.

For me when I get emailings about offers / incentives for adding on points my guide is listed toward the bottom of the email.

You can also do a chat on the sales side of the DVC site (don't login). The person you chat with should be able to tell you. When we chatted a few months ago when we were looking to add on the person said he would send us the info but since we already had a guide (and named the name) that we should go through him for the sale.

If it has been over a year since you last bought direct, are you stuck with the same guide if you want to add more points direct? Assuming that the same guide still works for DVC.

No, unfortunately (strange heh?). We just went through this and had to call DVC quality assurance.

We’ve added on twice and both times we were with different guides. The first was when we first visited our home resort and talked to the guide there. The second was on a cruise ship. While I do know our original guide was furloughed, I have no idea if he ever came back.
