Finding A cvGood Prices on Running Shoes

The time has come, I have got to start working out again.

A big problem I have now, is I don't have a good running shoe.

My younger brother (the skinny, fit one of the family) does a lot of exersising and says that the Nike Free is an exellent shoe to run in.

I have looked at all the reviews and it seems like many people agree with him.

The second problem is, all the pairs of Nike Frees I find are really pricey. Well honestly, it seems like all the athletic shoes are pricey.

Does anyone know a good place to purchase running shoes at a decent price?

The best running shoes are the ones that fit you the best. Don't go by what others say or think. You need to go to a store and try some on, walk or run around and see how they feel. I have a pair of Nike Bowerman specials that I love. I tried on about 10 pairs before finding these - all were Nikes because I was in the Nike employee store. None fit as well. I put these on and I knew these were the ones.

Yes. they will be pricey but if you get a good pair you will be saving yourself from seeing the doctor from bad knees, bad hips, etc. Plus the better they fit, the longer they will last. Of course, how long they last depends on how often you run or work out in them.

If you have an iPod, Nike does make Nike+ shoes where you can get a sensor to put in the left shoe that will enable your iPod to track your workouts. It's really neat.

I absolutely agree with the other poster that you need to go to a running store and get fitted properly. Everyone's feet are different. You run the risk of injury if you don't get the right shoe.

I like the new balance site. they have a shoe finder that helps you pick a sneaker based on your foot issue, like my feeet roll in. So they show you all the shoes that should be good for you. last week I got a $120 pair for feet that roll in for $37 on sale and free ship. they were on my door step 2 days later and they are fantastic.
