Has there been any activity or talk for a group for the April 24th sailing? Seems to be just about the only cruise that doesn't have one listed above. This is my first Disney cruise and I'm really wanting to participate but don't have a clue how to start one.

To start a cruise meet thread, you need to go to the main Cruise Meet board and start a thread. Title it with the date and ship name. The actual post doesn't need to be fancy, just a "Here's our cruise meet thread" works. Then, copy the URL address at the top of the page. Then come back here to the "Find your 2016 Magic Cruise Meet LINK here" thread and post a request that your cruise meet link be added to the list. Be sure to paste the copied URL into the request post. A moderator will add the link to the list eventually, and then others looking for your group will find it.

It appears that there's no Cruise Meet thread started for that cruise. That's where Fish Extender groups (as well as other activities) are handled.

EDIT: Aren't you on the Dream? This thread is for the Magic.

AquaDame doesn't start the Cruise Meet threads, she only adds the links to the directory list in the first post.

With so many different naming conventions used for cruise meets, it can be difficult to sort through all of them and find your fellow cruisers. Here is a list of 2016 Magic Cruise Meet Links.

If you want me to add your cruise meet thread to the list PLEASE include a link to your cruise meet thread and post it on this thread. DO NOT PM me. I rarely check that box.

The purpose of these lists was to make it easier for everyone to find their cruise meet. With the dozens of naming conventions and nicknames that various cruises have, it can be very difficult to find one particular cruise.

Also, I only maintain the list. I do not create cruise meet threads for individual cruises

Not yet - you could start one perhaps? If you go back to http://www.disboards.com/forums/disney-cruise-meets.85/ you will see the option to post a new thread in the upper right. Title it with your sailing date and ship and I'd be happy to add it to the thread for people to find easily!

Going forward you'll find that in order to use some of the board features such as profile pics, signatures and PMs (called conversations here) you'll need to up your post count to 10. You can go here http://www.disboards.com/forums/test-board.88/ and just write in some gibberish posts if you want to speed that process up a bit.
