Does anyone know if stitchs teleporter will be available to everyone?

Is anyone else feeling a little left out with these in-park quests? I'm stuck in Europe and there is no way I'm getting to any Disney park until at least Nov. I wish they would make some that we could do in the game, kind of like the Hidden Mickeys, or even online at different Disney owned websites.
