Financing Points at Older DVC Resorts

I saw on the DVC News website that there are some contracts available at BCV, BWV, etc. I assume these are re-sale contracts. Can you finance these contracts, or do you have to have payment up front? Thank you!

nope. DVC generally still has points available at so-called "sold-out" resorts like BCV and will sell them as add-ons to current members or as master contracts to new buyers. some UY months may require waitlisting and you may have to be extra clear to the guide that you only want VWL or BCV or whatever...

(also, other than OKW, all the older resorts' contracts still expire in 2042, whether you buy direct or you buy a resale. there is no difference.)

you can finance any direct purchase from DVC.

some resellers (like this site's sponsor) can arrange financing...others may differ...
