Financing letter came today.

From calling to join to obtaining approval for financing, took 15 days total. Now the countdown starts for making first ressie for Nov 20-26, 2004! Only 45 more days.

So you got a letter that said that you have been approved for the loan? Was that in 15 business days? I haven't gotten one yet and we called on 10/24, sent back papers on 10/31.

Yes, I called on 10/27, received member docs kit 10/30, sent forms back on 10/31, received approval letter yesterday 11/10.

I got mine also. About 9 days from sending back my paperwork.

Welcome home neighbor! We leave Saturday for our third DVC trip and it's still just as exciting as our first trip "home" in 2002. I hope I always feel this way.

Hi everyone...I also got my letter...YAH!!!
We actually did the paperwork while we were on vacation (10/24/03) and by the time we got home (11/02/03) the letter was here waiting
Can't wait for first trip

Howdy everyone,

Still waiting for my letter, we sent our paperwork back on 10/31 but yesterday go the short form morgage agreement back. I had my real estate attorny sign it as a Notary but they would not accept it, it didn't have the embossed seal on it. Now I have to get it Notarized again. No big deal but I can't get it signed until Saturday 11/15, so they won't have it back until 11/18. I guess the approval will be a week or so after that. I'm not booking until 12/13/03 anyway.

I called on oct 18 to start my process, they gave me 30 days to put my 10%down. within 2 days I had my membership kit, sent it back in 2 days. I put the final pymt down this past monday!! I got my financing letter last thursday or friday, sooooo everything is official!!!

It also depends on your credit ratings, and if they ask you to put down more money
