Ok, we finally made our first DVC payment (after buying back in March)! I am happy about this, however, we still do not have permanent member cards. Our other cards have expired. How long does it take to get the real cards?

<font face="times" size="+0">metus, did you ever receive a phone call from DVC Quality Assurance?
IIRC, DVC QA calls to check if you've gotten all of your documents such as member ID cards.
Try calling your guide also. Hope you get this sorted out!</font>

Just spoke to our guide, he said our membership cards were mailed out over a month ago. So, it must have been lost in the mail. I have to call for a new set.

When our "permanent" membership cards expired, all we got was a little sticker (sent via snail mail) that said "VALID". We were instructed to paste it over the expiration date.

We bought in the month of July (BWV direct from DVD), but did not actually get our Blue cards until the following February, after three calls about it to MS. It seems that these things get delayed or lost for some reason. Some ppl get them right away, others (like me) it seems have to pester them about it.

None of our membership cards have ever had an expiration date on them...just a "Member since" date. I guess maybe this was on the old ones (before 2001?)

metus...I'm glad you followed up on this and are getting a new set of cards sent out!
