I think Burton would be good because it would be a challenge to him as well. But I think the 7th book, once really read into, is horrifically dark.

I can't see Spielberg directing...though that would be STELLAR.

I personally would like to see Alfonso Cauron direct again (he did POA)
but David Yates, who did the last one is directing again.
(Which was the worst one, JMO)

Tim Burton directing it would be a disaster IMHO (sorry Jamie! lol)

I HATED, HATED PoA. PoA is my favorite book, like I just love it to bits... and well the movie was really off and... well most of the people I used to discuss Harry Potter with had hate rants about the movie after they saw it.

I hate most of the movies though. I just want the last one to be good. And on target.
