Finally the Soprano's are Taping!!

This morning we passed the location that is the Badda Bing and they were taping! I love this show but the spacing between seasons is ridiculous!!!!
Maybe it is better this is the last season so we can move on.......Need a new Sunday night addiction.

They have been taping on and off at the Bing for the last month or so, the trucks were there for three full days last week. Since it is scheduled to start in April, most of the filming should be done by now. It is great to see so many familiar Jersey sights while watching.

They have been in Hasbrouck Heights on Route 17 and Garden State Plaza (a large shopping mall in Paramus).

Sorry to hijack your thread, but wanted to let ya'll know that Tony and his crew will be riding in the Bacchus parade in New Orleans this weekend!! I'm so looking forward to this!!
They signed 80 Mardi Gras posters to benefit the local Children's Hospital and they sold pretty fast.
Can't wait till the new episodes air.

That is too cool! I would be hanging out trying to see anything!! I am sure they keep it pretty roped off but it would be neat to see something. I love that show. I just read an article (from about 6 months ago) about Edie Falco, she adopted a baby maybe a year ago? It was weird to see her so *normal* LOL She was nothing like Carmella! Keep us posted if you see anything good.

it is usually very hard to catch a glimpse of any of the characters while they are filming. Even if they are taping a scene while driving, they have the state police holding off traffic at least a quarter of a mile behind them.(I have personally experienced this). Filming should be wrapping up, it is scheduled to air in April.

I was in Willowbrook Mall a few years back and they were filming in the food court, they made it look like a movie theater. I came face to face with James Gandolfini as he was chatting with someone who was in front of me. I must say I was starstruck. That was the only time I ever saw them filming.

If you are from that area, you should recognize alot of the background scenes while watching. We used to live in Essex county and alot of the areas are very familiar.
