I have been on WW since 1/27 and working out 4 times a week at the gym weight lifting and elliptical machine. Sometimes I only get to work out 3 times a week at the gym.
Anyway, I am finally seeing some toning results. My back is getting more solid and tight. I use to be able to pinch a loose fat roll (if you know what I mean) and now it's tightened up. My butt use to be pretty flat and saggy. Meaning that when I stood up my butt fat would sag enough that if I lifted my cheeks I could probably hold a thin board with them once I let them down. Sounds funny, but I know that there are women who know what I am talking about. My legs are feeling wonderful. I don't know that I am seeing much in my waist though. The part that really needs some firming.
I am craving my time in the gym. I hate it that I can't go on my off days from work. We have a treadmill, but it's just not the same.
Anway, I just wanted to relate my story as to when I finally started seeing some results. All I can say is ~~ It's About Time!
