Finally got a bounce back offer 6 weeks after our trip

Was disappointed not to have a bounceback offer in our room while in WDW in November 2010 (stayed at CBR Nov 14-21). However, just got a bounceback email with pin today, but it's SO limited! Just 10% off room for Sun-thursday nights in May 2011.

Have others been getting similarly restricted bounceback offers?
