So in desperation I went to the Sally Beauty store near my workplace to see if I could find some inexpensive help for my poor DD14's skin, which has decided to break out with a vengeance since the weather is warming up.
I explained my problem, and the lady recommended this Mint Julep Masque. I couldn't believe it was so cheap; the woman at the register said that she has many customers who SWEAR BY this stuff. At the price listed I couldn't really go wrong, so I got some and brought it home.
DD14 (after intense eyerolling action) used it Sunday night, and Monday morning couldn't BELIEVE how much better her skin looked!
She was all excited, and so was I. She used it again last night, and this morning it was even better. I hope it continues; the poor kid is SO gorgeous, and those pimples really make her self-concious. Her skins more clear, looks finer with smaller pores, and much less rough. AND she's much happier!
So, anyway, if anyone's interested in trying it I thought I'd make a mention.
(oh yeah, and she did mention that it stings quite a bit at first, but it didn't cause any redness or rash, and the stingy feeling went away after a minute or so)
