Finally figured out why I never got my confirmation...

I made ressies for our July trip so long ago that I can't even remember when it was, but to this day I have never received a confirmation from them. I called back to pay the deposit and was told that I would get one after that, never arrived.

I called today to see if I could get the AAA rate for my Jan trip and in speaking with the CM (who was awesome) I asked him to confirm for me again my July dates, etc.. As we were talking he says "where is cary, IL?", & I'm like "I don't know?". He says, well that is where you live, right? and I said nope-Rochester, NY. He reads off an address somewhere in Cary,Il & says "Well I guess we know where your confirmations are now, huh?-lol!"

At least he got it straightened out but cannot figure how it got changed to someone's address instead of mine-just one of those weird things!

BTW-Yes I did get my AAA rate finally-applied to our Jan 2004 trip to AKL Concierge & BWI Concierge $361.25/nite + tax (down from $425 rack)--better than no discount!

That is a strange one! Atleast now your question has been answered. I wonder though, was the address your conf was sent to a valid address? and is that family wondering who made the disney ressie.

We moved in March from Virginia to IL. Last Aug. when we went to WDW we lived in Va. When I booked our trip for this year, they pulled up our info from last year and I gave them my updated info. We never recieved our confirmation. I got a call from Fedex one afternoon asking me for the city and state that I lived in. I asked why and they told me I had a package with the wrong city and state. It was an overnight package from the BC Concierge. They had the city and zipcode from Va with the street address and state in IL. So I do not know where our confirmation went to and the only reason I got my concierge key and info packet was because Fedex called. So of course I called DTC the next day and got it all fixed.
But you know what else, they had my DH listed as a Miss and my infant DD listed as a Mrs. LOL

Weird, my sister lives in Cary, it's a pretty small town, too!!
