Put the final piece in the jigsaw tonight and have booked DS his visit in the summer with us. DD has been working as a cultural rep in Epcot this year (actually pretty much half way through her year - she started on the 26th July last year and finishes on the 23rd July, 6 months from today) and so far Tony and I have visited October, Christmas, have 10 days booked for easter and 5 weeks starting at the end of June. Well, I have to make sure she's OK don't I!:goodvibes Her brother came out at Christmas but was unsure when he would manage out in the summer. Managed to sort dates and I saw flights at a kind of OK price today. We paid £417 from Glasgow with KLM a wee while ago for 29th June - 3rd August. Got the same dates for Cail for £492. Haven't ever paid as much as that before but everything fitted in well so went for it! In planning mode now! :thumbsup2

Congratulations!!! :yay:After all your recent trips, do you still NEED to plan? :rotfl2:

Your air tickets werent a bad price compared to what they are just now so it looks like you did even better than you think :thumbsup2

What route does your KLM flight take? Where do you change over? I am curious - think it is a great airline!

We're booked from Glasgow 06:00 to Amsterdam 08:40, a bit of a wait (we don't care- going to Florida!) then Amsterdam to Detroit and finally Detroit to MCO getting in at 20:07. Did the Detroit to MCO leg at Christmas having done Glasgow - Heathrow - Detroit first with Northwest Airlines, luckily 2 days before the terrorist flight. Doing Glasgow - Amsterdam with KLM at Easter but then Martinair to MCO. Provided the price is right we don't mind breaking the journey. Gives us more $s to spend. :)

we filmed two uk girls in Epcot last September who were drawing Mary Poppins on the ground with chalk, wonder if one of them was your daughter???!!

The reason I asked is if I had to pick any airport in the world to wait around in for several hours, it would be Amsterdam. And you made great savings on your flights too. Well done you!:thumbsup2

Could well have been. She did spend quite a bit of time doing chalk drawings and also playing football with Alice in Wonderland. Working as a server at the moment. :woohoo: Here she is at MNSSHP
