It's available upon request.

I also hired an inspector to go through the unit and insisted that they either address the issues in the 0.00023% of Unit 11 I owned, or knock the price of one door handle off of my contract.
That one really loose receptacle in the living room in unit 3124 at SSR, the one you can't keep anything plugged in to? That one's mine and I'd like to apologize in advance.

I can pull up my DVC real estate on the Orange Country Comptroller website. I've never heard of buying real estate without an inspection. I'd be curious if anyone knows of other examples of real estate wherein a physical inspection (or even an inspection contingency) is not available. Why can't we look at the actual real estate we own?

You’re joking right?!

Honestly? My first thought was "That's not a half-bad troll post."

My second was what @chalee94 said.
It reminds me a little of the old TUG posts where newbies wanted to pay extra to buy direct instead of resale because they wanted a "new" timeshare instead of a "used" timeshare...

And we had to tell them, "Look, unless you are there on Opening Day, you are going to be staying in a used timeshare no matter what you pay upfront..."

It's the same guy who was adamant about a month ago that you don't actually own anything with DVC, and basically ended the exchange (after numerous pages) with something mockingly along the lines of "You dullards keep telling yourselves whatever you want to, but you don't own anything".

Since he is convinced (and tried to convince everyone else) that members/owners don't actually own anything, I'm not sure what he'd like to inspect...

In other words, a troll.

Ugh. That guy.
