Final Tally: November Exercise Challenge

Everyone's doing great!!!!! I will update times on Monday! For those who have made your halfway goal you ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've gotten about 60 minutes in today give or take 5 minutes. I have a huge workout day planned for tomorrow (all sorts of activities) will let ya know Monday if I survive it. :)

As of today I am 265/600. If everything goes according to plan I'll be at the halfway mark on Tuesday. :cool1:
 
i haven't been posting!!

last week:
monday - 80 mins
tuesday - 85 mins
wed - off
thursday - 40 mins
friday - 30 mins

today -- 50 mins

my new total is 510/1200
 
Wow!! Everyone we have worked out for 0VER 9000 minutes so far this month!! The month isn't even half over yet. There are a lot of our friends who have not checked in recently so if you "see" any of them remind them wer're still here waiting for them and that we are here to support and encourage them through the workout challenges!!

I am so excited for every person who is in this challenge we are all working towards the common goal of good health and fitness and that is so important! We have so many people who are within a hair of reaching their halfway times so here's an extra :cheer2: for you. I know you can do it!!!!

Turkey day is next week, hard to believe it. Does anyone have any workouts planned over the holiday?

I have been horrible about not posting my minutes but I have been exercising.

I am at 301/500 so far for the month!!

Great job everyone!! Over 9,000 minutes is awesome and it's only the middle of the month!!!

It's mid-moth so I know im joining late but...can i join?? :goodvibes

I'm going to go with a modest 300 minutes due to the insanity of having 8 essays due before Dec 5th!! But I am able to get in 15 - 20 minutes of walking on school days. I'll add in 30 minutes of pilates per weekend, hey its a start to getting back on track with my old workout regime of 180 - 240 minutes PER WEEK!

Only did 20 minutes walking today, but every little bit helps! So 310/600 for me thanks!
 
I have passed the halfway point! Actually did it yesterday but just now added up the numbers and saw that I went over yesterday.

I am at 1110/2000! :cool1:

I hope I can keep up the pace while we are on our trip. We leave Wed and I probably will not be able to check in again until we get back the day after Thanksgiving. I am taking my log with me, though, and hopefully I will stay motivated to keep exercising. I did sign up for a 2 mile Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving day, so there will be additional motivation there.

In case I don't get back here tomorrow before we leave, hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!
 
I got 60 minutes in today
30 walking around the car dealership when my car was getting it's oil changed
3-10 minute excercise deals-speed walking, stair climbing, and stretching to wake me up at work.
 
I joined the gym this week! I added another 255 minutes which puts me at 345/900 for the month. I might be able to do this.
