Final Tally: November Exercise Challenge

I'm late joining... but started walking November 3rd. This forum will keep me motivated for sure......

I walk 3 miles a day in 45 min. and I'm going to add some crunches and squats into the mix. So I'll challenge myself ... hmmmm... let's go with 1500.

I added 30 min. tonight at the gym. I am halfway! 375/700 :flower:
 
I aded a 125 minutes today
45 minute walk at lunch
80 minutes at the gym-I ran/walked 2 miles in 24 min and 40 sec cool down from that and then upperbbody weights
 
Please add 60 minutes for me today. Rode the spinner.

well i guess my ticker is off one day - i actually leave tomorrow :)

i DID make it to ballet last night and just did a 2 mile WATP so i get to add on 75 mins taking me past the 1/2 mark with 615/1200

My workout total as of last night is 310/600, so I'm at the halfway point. :)

BTW, am I the only one who has Pooh's "Stoutness Exercise" song going through their head when they see the clippie? LOL

I'm so sorry I didn't get times updated today-it has been one of those. I got 30 minutes in myself.

I bought new running shoes hopefully these will work fingers crossed.

I promise I'll get everything updated tomorrow. Everyone's doing great!!!!!!
 
running around like that chicken with it's head chopped off and no it's not literal running - so I don't even get to count the minutes!

We are off for FL - Friday morning and board the Magic Sat for 7 wonderful days - walking shoes packed - yoga stretching strap - packed and I WILL be counting those times !

Not sure what day I exercised last (oooooooooooooh I hate to admit that!) but I have 50 minutes to add to my total

I knew it was a "stretch" to think that I would get to my goal this month but I am glad for every minute I have done so far!

Another 45 minutes for me this morning!! :cheer2: I've got parent/teacher conferences tonight :teacher: and when I get home I'm going to push for a good ab and rear end workout! (I'll let you know how I do)

Im actually mixing up my workouts
In the mornings when its not raining Ive been taking my 1/2hr walk
at night on the way home from work I stop at Curves for 1/2hr
When something goes off in my sched I put in a Walk Away The Pounds DVD - Ive only been doing 2miles of the 3mile DVD but I do have the stretchy bands when Im ready for a longer workout
