I'm late joining... but started walking November 3rd. This forum will keep me motivated for sure......
I walk 3 miles a day in 45 min. and I'm going to add some crunches and squats into the mix. So I'll challenge myself ... hmmmm... let's go with 1500.

I was up with the birds and went for my 3 mile walk!! Everyone have a great day!
