okay - so the weekend workouts not as good as I hoped but still got in 50 minutes on Sunday and 50 minutes today so that brings me to

255/1200

- a little each day will add up to something :teeth: well at least something more than, if I didn't do anything.................

perfectmatch300-BRRRRR running in CT on Turkey Day all I can say is BRRRRR!! I'm not quite up to a 5k yet but I will be soon. I'm a lot farther along than I was in May when I started c25k that's for sure or was it April. Whenever my endurance is definitely being built! You are doing a great job!!!!!! Keep up the awesome work! :cheer2:

Today I got a 45 minute walk in, we won't talk about how I tripped and fell and twisted one ankle, scraped the other one and am in pain right now. Anyway both are survivable but I took the evening off. It's definitely a Monday. :) Hope that everyone else's Monday was better and :wizard: for great workouts the rest of the week.

I think all times are correct if I missed anyone let me know. :)
 

Wish I had done more this weekend, but at least I did something.
30 minutes of walking Saturday with the baby and two dogs. Whew...
Tonight I did 30 minutes elliptical glide, arm w/weights and I began to paint my bathroom. I will give myself a 45 minute total workout for the day.

Last week is a blur because of some dental problems. I thought I had signed up for this challenge. Please sign me up for 1000 minutes.
 
Hi there!

Doing this thread actually gives me some motivation to get out there and work out...

Anyway, this week started out rather disappointing when I hopped on the scale and my weight was up 4 lbs. I think it has to do with some 'issues' I've been having because that has since gone down 3 lbs. Whew... but yesterday I didn't work out... my day was just too busy.

Today I went to the gym and got in 30 minutes on the bike.

donac-welcome! You're off to a great start and I am so hoping the dental issues are done with!

misslissa-I know what you mean about the thread keeping you motivated. I always stop and think hmmm what do I really want to fess up to on the board, a workout or a non workout and I usually end up at the gym for my answer. :)

Everyone is doing a great job!!! Keep up the hard work!
 
I'm going to end up with 30 total for today. The shoes and the scraped ankle do not a good combination make. Oh well there's always tomorrow!
 
Everyone is doing great!! I'll get the times updated tomorrow. I was wrong about my time for the night. I got 90 minutes in. We walked today and stretched and then went mall walking where I noticed that Mario Mix is out (Dance Dance Revolution for Gamecube) and it came home with me. I played for an hour! I mean that is an intense game but WOW I love it!! I didn't realize I had played for an hour. Definitely getting added into my regular workouts. So much fun!!!
 
Rode the spinner for 75 minutes tonight.

As for me today I am at 180 minutes so far. Something about this Dance Dance Revolution Game, I'm ADDICTED!!!!!!! I woke up and did it, and then two hours so far after work and as soon as this show is over I'm going to rescue all the keys. Great cardio workout!
