Final Tally: November Exercise Challenge

I've added 240 minutes. I worked out for two hours yesterday, and then I am counting 2 hours of housecleaning even though it's been like 6 with more to come tonight. Oh boy!

I think I have everyone updated right if not let me know. :)

perfectmatch300-great job! We didn't get our bike ride today. My asthma is acting up for the first time this year (usually start having problems in September but am thrilled it's waited till now so I didn't want to be outside all day. DH has loved going to the trails near us, and I can't wait till we can go back!

Today was the first day that Jazzercise had classes on Sunday and I did attend. It was an 80 minute workout and an awesome workout. I am now up to 200/840. Because I didn't plan for doing Sunday's (I didn't know until Saturday that there were Sunday classes now) I'll probably end up going over 840. We'll see.

Tek224-3 mile walk sounds nice!

I got 90 minutes in myself today. 30 min WATP, 30 min walk/jog, 15 min bike, 15 min stretching. I am so excited about one mile of the walk jog, I had a 15 minute goal to get a mile done in and I made it in 12:55. YEAH!!!! I am increasing my pace and am THRILLED!! Soon I'll be running in a 5k (fingers crossed)

I hope everyone has a great workout week this upcoming week. We're here to cheer everyone on!! I know we can all reach the goals we have set for ourselves. I can't wait to hear all about it. :Pinkbounc :banana: :flower:

Everyone I just put our times as of right now into a spreadsheet (I like numbers don't ask me why) and calculated our current workouts with our goals and as a whole we are at 4206/29700 I'll update that tally once a week.

I knew we were doing great!!!! If you haven't checked in please do so we can get your totals updated!!
 
Does anybody have any mini goals they are working towards this week?

Mine is to workout for 500 minutes.
 
I did 50 minutes Friday at the Y on the recumbent bike & elliptical,and then on Sunday did stretching, then 6.8 miles (115 mins) and then 20 minutes of being a band mom, lugging equipment up and down a hill, etc. So I am at 285/1000. :banana:
 
I just did 60 min. at the gym and a 15 min. walk for a total of 75 min. today.
 
I'm now at 435/2000. Unfortunately that puts me a little bit behind schedule for the week, and I was hoping to be a little ahead so I'd have a cushion for when we go away. Guess that means I need to pick up the pace a little bit.

My mini goal every week is 500 min. That puts me right on pace to hit 2000 for the month.

Gradtchr, you're ready for a 5K now! 12:55 is a great pace! I am nowhere near that pace yet but I did a 5K this past spring and will be doing a 2 mile Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving day - in the :cold: cold of CT when I am getting very used to our FL weather. My pace goal is to get under 16 min/mile. I am improving, but I have a way to go before I get there. I'm a long way from where I was when I started, though!
