Final Tally: November Exercise Challenge

I'm not going to be around much tomorrow to update. DH and I are taking half a day off work to go enjoy life and relax! And something about going to see the Dallas Stars play the Chicago Blackhawks (hoping for a Stars win here) I will probably check in on Sunday and get everyones time updated! Saturday will be an all day bike ride (at least that's what scheduled right now)

Have a great Friday and EVERYONE is doing GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you add me to the list? I have to ease back into this as I'm recovering from some minor surgery, but really need to exercise to keep maintaining!

I'm only going for 600 this month, as I'm starting late! :sunny:

So, 30/600 for now. Thanks!

yep - got the weights done - yoga and pilates in this AM (50 minutes) - now it's off to get my "office" time in - but really waiting for 4:30 PM today - I NEED a weekend :teeth:

155/1200

I did my MfMWtH training last night -- 55 minutes including stretching putting me at 100/1000

Please sign me up for 900 minutes. Sorry I'm late--I just returned from a trip to Indiana!
Thanks
Jana

Ok, gang, I'm in a quandry and need some help. I cleaned house this evening and wore my HR monitor just for fun as I'm convinced house work is just as good as a work out on the treadmill, at the gym, etc. So. . .
Non stop, for 152 minutes, avg. HR was 105, max HR was 136, kilocalories burned were 821 (with correct weight, gender, and age programmed into my wrist unit). My "fitness" HR is about 65% at HR 117, 85% at HR 160. So, my average HR wasn't up to the minimum fitness HR 117, but after two and half hours, I'm pleasantly bushed and that 821 calories burned is nothing to shake a stick at. I had 20 minutes of HR above 117, "in the zone" as they say. Anyway, should I count the 152 minutes in my workout totals? (pretty please?!) Hee hee Or, should I just count the 20 "in the zone" fitness minutes? Hmm. . .
Thank you, everyone!

Between walking, wogging, & xtraining I have added 240 min over the past 2 days so I am now at 300/2000 min.

Gradtchr, an all day bike ride!!! :moped: Can't wait to hear about it! I'm trying to organize DH and some friends to go out on a bike trail near us, but I don't think I'd last for an all day ride. I'm thinking a half day ride sounds doable for me.

havent had a chance to do any yet, but I am now on vacation...and tomorrow will be in WDW  I'll keep track while I am down there, intend to do structured workouts as well as walking all over the parks (which I wont count) and will report back on my progress when I return next week

:wave2:

Did a 5.5 mile wog this morning. Please add 76 minutes for me.

Terri

I am in. Put me down as 1000 mins as my goal for november. Total to date 140 mins.

I'm going to check in weekly; it's just easier for me that way. As of today, I'm at 261/1100.
