OK, I'm here! Late signing up, as usual, because once I get on the DIS seems like I am here for hours so some days I just don't come on.
My goal will be my usual 2000 min, but it will be a real challenge for me this month because we are going back up north to

for 9 days over Thanksgiving for DH's DD's wedding. Our last trip back derailed my exercise program - that was the only time since Aug 04 that I did not make my goal. I intend to do much better this time! I'm going to make it one way or another!
I have already started my own chart on paper. I'm off to a slow start because 11/1 was a rest day, but I did 60 min of strength and wogging yesterday, and will be putting in a lot of time this afternoon and evening.
