I posted last week about trying to find a decent filing cabinet for a good price and I got several helpful replies. Now I can't find that thread, but just wanted to let y'all know that I found a great one on clearance at Pier One! It is slightly damaged, hence the clearance price, but it's some very superficial scratches that you can hardly see, no structural issues.
I wouldn't have thought of looking at Pier One! I actually went there for something else! I paid $75 for a beautiful wooden vertical filing cabinet which I think is a very good price, considering that the ugly metal ones cost about that much. And it was all assembled too!
