I'm assuming this is the same as other places in Epcot - we could take the kids to Imageworks, if we wanted to skip Figment?

What did you think of the Figment ride?

It can't hold a candle to the original ride, but if you've never been on it before, it's ok. Kids should find it fun. I don't recall anything to scare a child.

The "Figment ride" is amusing, but nothing to waste a FP on. If you just want to go to the play area after the ride, walk around to the left of the pavilion and enter through the store.

My DS loves figment!
I think it's worth doing. It's short, air conditioned, you sit, no wait. No fp needed. What's not to like. :)

And afterwards they have interactive things the kids can walk around and play with, like you make music moving your arms (causing movement on a screen in front of you).

Agree... it's a cute ride and worth the few minutes you'll spend on it.

It is worth doing. There is never a line and kids think it is cute.

Absolutely worth doing. Cute, short and my kids loved it. I really enjoyed it, too. :)

Support Figment! Ride his ride! :D

Image works is fun but I can never get the email kiosk to work for me. :( hopefully it works next time.

Do you remember the second version of this ride, where Figment barely showed up (Journey Into Your Imagination)? That was putrid. The current version might not be as great as the original, but a million times better than the second!

I find an FP useful for this ride. The vehicles don't move nonstop like Spaceship Earth or the Living Seas ride. The waits are usually between 15-30 minutes when I've been in the vicinity, so it's nice to almost walk on.

ALWAYS puts a smile on my face. i NEVER miss riding it a few times while we are there. completely worth it by itself, let alone no line and AC =)

The ride is worth it, especially for little ones. No, it's not as good as the original but who doesn't leave it singing that silly song the rest of the day? My son loved it as a little one and loves it as an adult.

We never miss it. (we ride a few times each trip)

We liked the original version better but you have to go with what they have. Don't think you need a FP.

He's cute! :figment: ...two tiny wings... (humming all day!)

Figment ride is fun. Not the best ride in the park, but still worth your while. Plus, it has Eric Idle in it :)

Your kid might get scared of the loud noise right near the end, but that's about it.

If you're not doing Figment, I would avoid the pavilion altogether. The rest of the pavilion is woefully in need of an upgrade, though very small children do seem to like the "jump on the image and it makes a sound" thing there.
