Josh had a recent post discussing wait times, and he said that, in 2015, Figment's wait time was over 30 minutes 187 times. That's pretty shocking! Sure, there will be times where there's no wait for Figment, but with FP+, it's no longer a ride that "never" has a line.

Which means that at some moment on about half of the days in 2015 Figment had a posted wait time of 30 minutes or longer. On about half of the days the line never once reached 30 minutes and for all we know it only hit 30 minutes briefly on the other half. I will concede that the data certainly suggests that under FP+ more traffic is being diverted to Figment and other low-volume attractions. I do not think, however, that available quantitative data supports a statement that wait times "routinely" exceed 20 minutes except during peak periods.
