I also say Flying Fish, hands down. Better food, better atmosphere, better service. Walking around the Boardwalk and a late night round of mini-golf at Fantasia Gardens which is a short walk away after your meal is really nice. Jelly Rolls is also on the Boardwalk and is great if you or your DH is into all-request dueling piano bars (it's a lot of fun).
If you are not tied to a dining plan and are somewhat foodies, we did the Chef's Wine Tasting Dinner at Flying Fish back in October, which was fantastic. You sit at the kitchen counter and get to watch what goes on in the kitchen, you get a 4 or 5 course meal, each course with a wine pairing, the Chef will come out and talk about each course as it is served to you, and the service was very quick to refill any water, wine or coffee. It's not cheap (about $158 or so per person including tax and tip), but it is an all around great dining experience.
