Feeling like a newbie again!

I haven't been on the boards in FOREVER... and it's been since 2009 since we've been to Disney
Well, we are leaving in 31 days, staying at an offsite resort, and there for 7 days. My kids will be 16 (17th bday there), 12, 3 & 4. There are 6 of us total, and need to stay on budget. More than likely, we will only get a day at MK (BBBoutique already planned).. if we are lucky..a day at HS..
So...aside from the campfire at Ft Wilderness...time at DTD... fireworks from the beach at Poly...
what else can we do to entertain the kids with Disney magic???
