I am sure sue has this because she has just about everything you need to know. Sorry to any one if this is a repeat and you read this before.
I also checked it has no date so as of know it the most up to date info plus it gives you a toll free number to call if you have any questions.
It a good read and it lets you know your rights because their drivers that not trying to break the law but are because they my not know every ada standard.
And if you want to make a complaint just try to get the dot number on the side of the bus because they can track the bus down with that.
