See no wonder Texas has an obesity problem. It's all the toxic sugar in the ranch dressing they put all over everything.

Ha. I have this theory. When you think about the fatter states, they are the states known for having the good food. Of course Oregon doesn't have an obesity problem. They don't deep fry Oreos or have amazing barbecue. ;)

Then again, if you have to put ranch on it, is it really that good to begin with?

I just had a salad with ranch dressing for lunch, yum!

Anyone remember as a kid pouring sugar over your cereal? I did that especially to rice krispies, I was thinking about that this morning when I was giving my kids their breakfast.

Well when your regional "cuisine" is a giant slug in a clamshell, that doesn't lend itself to BBQ or ranch.

Oh I don't know in Wisconsin I"m sure they'd find a way to cook it in beer and smother it with cheese and serve it on top of a brat washed down with a cold beer. See problem solved.

And I am going to eat a pre-packaged Thai Kitchen Rice Noodle Bowl. It has 4 grams of sugar according to the label. You probably won't hear from me again on this thread since I'm sure all that toxic sugar will kill me.

I have a confession to make. I, JennaDeeDooDahh, do not like chocolate milk. Furthermore, I don't like whole milk. In fact, I prefer skim milk or nothing. Is there something seriously wrong with me? Do I need to see a specialist? Or is this something that can simply be overlooked/ignored?

I don't like milk either unless it's accompanied by a jelly donut covered with powdered sugar or home made chocolate chip cookies.

I just realized that Elf was a horror movie:

Thanks for making me spew diet coke on my iPhone

Mmmmmm. Jelly donuts! :woohoo:

Bullying is possibly one of the most overused words in society right now. I have yet to see any bullying on this thread. And as far as staying on topic goes, you can feel free to accept your role in the derailment. Many on here tried to engage in a discussion stating facts and studies. You refused to continue the discussion, post any links to studies done, and just told them they were wrong and that sugar was toxic. It was difficult to impossible to stay on topic when you refused to carry your end of the conversation. If you would post some other proof to back up your position, it would go a long way to get this topic back on track.

Amen. My husband and I argue over whether a jelly donut is better glazed or with powdered sugar. I am on Team Powdered Sugar. :cheer2:

Bullying = not agreeing with the OP so there has been lots of it in this thread.

Whatever makes you happy. But bullying is a vastly overused word nowadays. And to be honest, I don't see any here. And people tried to ask you questions but you dodged them or didn't answer them or told them to do their own research. Sometimes threads are like conversations - they go off on tangents. Makes life interesting to me.

Please quit feeding the troll. Why do I have this mental picture of HappyTogether being some 18 year old shut-in guzzling Mountain Dew laughing his rear off?
