Febuary 07 Discount Codes

Just adding myself to the list of those waiting for Feb. codes. I just snagged the CR Tower MK view after waiting for a few weeks for one to (hopefully) become available and this morning - IT DID! :cool1:

Maybe my luck will continue and we'll all get some great February codes! Here's hoping! :thumbsup2

ANyone know how the Canadian discount compares to the AAA value season discount?

Thanks,
Kim
I called Tuesday to compare prices. I was surprised that they were able to give a quote using the Canadian code.

One 15 year old
Dining plan

Wow! I must be there too! Just booked my package and my flight down on SWA. Doing a very happy dance. It is really going to happen!
:cool1: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :dance3: :yay: :cheer2: :wizard:

A world of codes, but none to be had. I've looked high and low and can't seem to find any. I'm also on the list for any that com out for the end of january. :rolleyes1

I remember a disscusion quite awhile back that might give some newer members something to think about:
Many people seem to be making reservations, to secure a room, with the plan to switch them when a code comes out. Disney uses (discount) codes to fill unreserved rooms, usually during less than peak periods. The more people who reserve rooms, the less chance that a code will be offered.
Seeing how it's usually during less busy times of the year that they are offered, I don't see the need for making room reservations very far in advance. Unless you need a very specific room type, like a suite or concierge at a deluxe, with a little flexibility you can almost surely find something at your choice of resort.
My wife and I are planning a long weekend parents getaway for early in February and have made our air and rental car reeservations but are waiting for our room, hoping that a Passholder's Discount might be offered. If there is none, we'll probabally stay at POFQ or CBR, if there is one then maybe AKL or Y/BC. Either way, I'm confident that we'll find something. Being a little flexible is a price we're willing to pay for the greater likelyhood of a discount. Worst case, there's always hotelkingdomdotcom.

I am thinking about going back in FEb, subscribing.

I booked my last AP code for my trip Oct 14-21st and booked at the end of Sept at last minute......

I stopped booking the room, then applying, the more of a chance of codes that way

or I can book with my DVC :woohoo:

with all thats going on I forgot to check if a code came out today :rotfl2:  :woohoo: well lets hope they come out on monday :goodvibes :goodvibes :wizard:

I think that the person who posted this on the resort board would dissagree as availability looks tight the first week of Feb for Deluxe and some moderates

I am happy to have my ressies made and confirmed to match my flight.

Last year, the codes came out on Oct. 28th. However, that was when the 'best rate' program was still running. Hopefully, it will be sometime this week though.

Does anyone have a AAA rate for Feb '07 at a MOD or Value that you could share?

TIA

We have a AAA MYW+dining package with 6 day Park Hoppers (the ones that expire) for 2 adults and our baby; dates are Jan. 31 - Feb. 5. For a king bed at Coronado Springs, it's $1,638.36. That's without insurance (bought on my own).

Hope this helps!
