I love the toy story one too.
The planes scare me not only for crashing but also all the other stuff that goes along with it. I have no idea how to fly with today's rules. I guess I'll figure it out when the time comes.

Sorry I haven't been back for an update. It's been crazy busy around here. My sister is planning a wedding and I am throwing the shower. Yesterday we drove to Texas to try on wedding and bridesmaids dresses.

Our Anniversary dinner was WONDERFUL. We went to a nice restaurant that is semi-new to our area. We had a good time and DH was DEFINITELY surprised by the Driving experience gift. I have a couple of pictures that I will post later. It was a really nice restaurant so people sort of looked aggravated with me for flashing the 3 that I took so I didn't take any more.

Anyhoo, just wanted to give a quick update. I will return possibly tomorrow evening to post pictures and update on our trip planning!

I'm still around. Just been super busy. I've been helping in the classroom this week because they are doing "testing". So, the teacher has been taking them out 1 at a time and I sit with the rest of the class. We get progress reports on Monday.

Yes busy busy!! I think we all need a vacation too. I just keep reminding myself when I get tired that if I keep it up for just a few more weeks, I will be in Disney World at the end of this madness.

He's got some ear muffs from our last Disney trip because there were some rides he didn't want to ride because of the noise. We fixed that problem! Nothing like wearing ear muffs in May!

The bridesmaids dresses are semi-casual and the color is called "pool". .....just think of pool water and you'll have an idea.

Saturday night was our anniversary dinner. We had a wonderful time and the food was really good. I tried to take pictures of DH opening his present but like I told you before, some people looked annoyed that I was doing so.

Before we left:

Once the drinks came and we placed our order, I gave DH his present.....

He opened the jewelry box with the "hot wheels" version of a Richard Petty race car. You can see the somewhat confused look on his face in this picture...

He looked at me and I told him that he gets to drive 8 laps in a race car at the Disney track. His response was.... "AWESOME!!!"

He was really excited but still sort of confused about when and how. I had to then explain that we are also leaving for Orlando a day early and that I got us a hotel off site for that night. He is super excited and said the only downer was that he wanted to rush from the table and drive the car right then. I reminded him that we only have a couple of weeks to go.

DS is also excited to be able to watch daddy drive the race car. He says something about it every day. Tonight he said..."daddy, I can't believe you get to drive a race car!! I just can't believe it!!" Too cute.

Aww, thank you. I love that color on him. He's got a dark complexion and that color looks nice on him. We both look really white in that pic, though. I think my flash works a little too good.

DS can't wait to see DH drive. The entire thing takes 3 hours. I hope DS will sit still long enough to make it to the actual driving part.
