February Exercise UPDATE P.33 POST 486

I did 50 minutes of cardio and 15 of stretches! Puts me at 645/1000.
 

60 min dance workout tonight. I feel good about that I missed last night. 180/500.
 
I'm 520/600 now after my 1 mile WATP
 
I climbed the stairs twice for 15 mins and did the stairmachine for 30 mins. So 45 mins today and a total of 560/1000.
 
updating 50 min yesterday and only 20 stretching so far today - better than nothing .........

660/1200
 
Additional 70 minutes for me last night - 15 stair climbing and 55 Firm Max Cardio...WHEW! 605/1000
 
I'm at 380/1000. I hopefully will make it. I should at this rate.
 
Wow, I am really adding up the minutes! I did my 40 minute walk, 30 minutes of weights and 30 minutes @5mph on the treadmill.

Just did 60 more minutes of Advanced TaeBo. Boy I did not feel like doing it today, thankfully I made myself do it and felt great 5 minutes into it! :banana:

Well I did 30 minutes yesterday and 20 minutes today for a total of 465/700.

Haven't done as much as I've wanted to this week, but I keep getting bad headaches in the afternoon. Just doing what I can...
