Lisa -- I hope you are feeling better. You may want to try something that is not cardio for a while to give your body a break.

I did only 60 minutes at the gym today bringing me to 695/1000
 
After step class this morning, I'm at 675! I'm so close to 750, I never thought I'd be able to do it! :cheer2:
 
Just got back from doing 60 minutes of cardio at the gym! So my total is now 525/700.

Whoo hoo!!!! That puts me at 75% done! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Checking in for my weekly update. I'm at 925/1200. . . over 75%. I think I'm going to make it!
 
Forgot to report that on Friday I did 30 minutes on the balance ball. Didn't workout yesterday but I plan to get a good one in this morning. I'll report on that later.

I'm at 540/900 as of today. I worked my little tail off today - for 9.5 hours I was working - moving tables, chairs, going between the main room and the bathroom, hauling stuff around, moving with the girls - at a Girl Scout badge workshop I was helping to host. So I'm claiming 120 minutes of that 9.5 hours because I was hauling and I really worked hard to make sure I was working hard since I couldn't go workout today. Hoping to get to the 80 minute Jazzercise class tomorrow. We'll see.

Actually there may be more but I keep my log on paper and I left it home. We will be headed back tomorrow night so my next post will catch me up with any min. I have missed.

I do not know if I mentioned it here, but DH's Mom passed away on Mon, so I have been in Brooklyn all week for the funeral. I will really be glad to get back to :sunny: Florida :sunny: tomorrow! I have such a cold right now. I do not miss living in the northeast at all.
 
Did my LW today for 135 minutes..puts me at 845/1000!
 
I went to a Cardio Kickboxing class yesterday. It was tough and I am sore today, but I can't wait to go next week!

Yesterday I did 30 minutes cardio (2 mile WATP) and 20 minutes on the balance ball.

My favorite part of the workout: the FEC update! How about another 115 for me today in the biggest comeback ever in an exercize challenge?! (yeah, right, but I'm goin' with that!!) Make it 582/1000!
