35 minutes Crunch Boot Camp DVD this morning!

Yikes - need 95 minutes tomorrow to be 1/2 way through minutes 1/2 way through the month! I was such a bum this weekend!!
 
WHEW!

I did

15 minutes of jump rope
20 minutes with the resistance tube
10 minutes on the trampoline

45 minutes today.

Which puts me at 450/600.....75%!!! WHEW again!!!
 
Big workout today!! 110 minutes of cardio.....20 minutes of abs and weight training!

Total........690/1500!
 

I did the stairs for 38 mins, then did the stairmachine for 15 mins, total of 43 mins today. I'm at 445/1000.
 
Only got in 70 minutes over the weekend. So, I'm halfway!! 435/800. I'll be away for a week and will update when I get home. Visiting my bodybuilder brother, guess I'll be at the gym a bit! lol!
 
Thanks to all of you, I could NOT let myself miss my exercise today!! 80 min exercise and TM brings me to 540/1000!!

ok, so I am starting the February Challenge half way thru the month. I will do 500 min. for February and then up it in March. I think this will keep me motivated to workout (which I hate). Keep up the good work everyone.
 
30 minute walk for me this morning so I'm not 450/600
 
I did 275 minutes this week. That puts me at 305 for the month.

I did my 40 minute walk, 30 minutes of weights and 30 minutes on the elliptical!

I did 60 at Jazzercise last night so I'm at 300/900 right now.

I'm reporting week 2, even though today isn't over yet.

Feb 8-14 minutes: 650 bringing me to 1390/2500

Feb 8: Running 5.0 & stretching: 60
Feb 9: Nautilus, rowing, mini-trampoline: 160
Feb10: Elliptical trainer: 70
Feb11: 10 mile run & stretch, rock wall climbing: 130
Feb12: Shoveling, sledding, snow walking: 70
Feb13: Arc trainer, weights, mini-trampoline: 110
Feb14: lower body weights & abs: 50

Here's a trick to get in extra minutes: jog on a mini-trampoline while watching TV. I watched 40 minutes of the olympics that way last night!

Yesterday I did 30 minutes WATP. Tonight I'll be walking for an hour so I will make my 50% mark! :)
