I'm reporting week 2, even though today isn't over yet.
Feb 8-14 minutes: 650 bringing me to 1390/2500
Feb 8: Running 5.0 & stretching: 60
Feb 9: Nautilus, rowing, mini-trampoline: 160
Feb10: Elliptical trainer: 70
Feb11: 10 mile run & stretch, rock wall climbing: 130
Feb12: Shoveling, sledding, snow walking: 70
Feb13: Arc trainer, weights, mini-trampoline: 110
Feb14: lower body weights & abs: 50
Here's a trick to get in extra minutes: jog on a mini-trampoline while watching TV. I watched 40 minutes of the olympics that way last night!
