50 minutes aerobics last night.
Life got in the way this weekend. I need to step it up if I'm going to make it this month. I'm going to try for a double class tonight.

I haven't been updating here, but for the past 7 days, I did 30-60 min of watp videos for a total of 850/750! For the first time ever, I have reached my exercise goal!!

VernRDH, thanks so much for this challenge! It has helped me so much. I feel like I'm finally in a habit of exercising and actually enjoying it.

Another 120 minutes the last few days, so now I'm 757/810. Yay, over 90% of the way!
 
45 more minutes for me so now I'm 625/750
 
60 min cardio & 45 pilates.1640/1500.

I had to fight for a treadmill last night at the Y--it looked like the first week in January in there.

Thanks for running this thread Vern. I lost my motivation in early February, but have regained some of it now.
