February at BCV or BWV - Studio

Am looking for an opportunity to rent points/take over someone elses ressie for either of the above for 4-5 nights in February.

Also, I'm new to this. Am I understanding correctly that up to 4 of us can stay in a studio for no additional charge?

How how do you think it will be for me to find a studio for this month.

Any other advice is appreciated!

If i were shooting for the ideal I'd love to go Feb 11-16 or somewhere during the week of Feb 7-15th. Shooting for the first 1/2 of the month.
