Awww man....I'm sad I won't be able to meet the famous Tink Family!
But I know my family and I WILL be cruising again in the future so we will definitely be able to meet soon!

Hey, can I wear jeans and a t-shirt to formal night?

I'm about to give up on dresses. I tried on some dresses and the one that I found that I liked and left the mall wanting to hang myself. NOTHING FITS!!!!
Everything I find that I like don't fit or they don't have my size. I find shoes that I like and they don't have my size or there's only ONE SHOE!

I think I'm gonna go to Topsiders on formal night and eat a hot dog.

Hi Everyone..... After coming here and having a few PMs; I need to apologize... I have been reminded I did not formally let everyone here know what was going on with the Tink family..... Last month we decided to move this reservation to another date. My DH still was a little sad about our last cruise and we decided that we will just do "The World" instead. It will save us money and maybe Florida and "The World's Magic" will make him want to get back to the Ship Magic. So as long as DCL has $2,000 of our money I know we will still cruise with them. We sat down as a family and the kids actually said they did not care if we went or not.... When this was said, we decided to give them more than a year off and maybe when we go back it will be "Magical" again... I actually like crying as I walk through the ears or see the terminal. So I will be thinking of you guys.... To my past cruisemates I will think of you and let me know as soon as you get back if you rebook on the ship.... I was a little sad and think this is the reason I had not come back to the thread; but I realize I was sad not because of moving the cruise- I was sad because I was not going with most of you..... I am excited for you, especially you first timers.... Lady Story & BJ will take very good care of you. Have a Bushwacker or two or three what the heck have them until you get drunk for me..... Tell Capt. Tom and Christiian hello from Minnesota and think of me as you watch Disney Dreams and see Tink..... I will lurk here especially once we get back... Donna, Wanda & Vanessa I am oh so sad..... I promise to catch up with you on another one.... Hey BJ, grab a few crab claws at Palos for me and if you see a Whale or Dolphin this time you have to toast to me.... Lady Story.... I know "You will Survive." I will have DH get his outfit ready for the next show....

Tink--I am so sad you aren't going to be on the cruise with us too but at least you are going to Disney!!! Russell and I will be at AKV after the cruise until Monday, March 9th. Will you be there then? Maybe we could meet up for a BUSHWACKER or two there.... If not, hopefully, we will meet you in person another time!!!

It took me so long to type my last post, that I didn't even realize you posted.

I will certainly take one for the TINK and have a few bushwhackers in your honor. And we'll share pix -don't you worry about that.

Have a great time at "The World" and I know some joint Magic is in our future. We'll let you know when.

I sooo feel your pain, I found my first dress at ROSS, just 20 bucks, perfect fit, I was floored, it was the first thing I tried and that NEVER happens! EVER!

Go to ROSS, you might get lucky! Sometimes the mall carries the same styles and cuts of the season over and over, so you might not find something that fits. But ROSS and other outlet stores might have more options, same for shoes. I found a rocking pair at the weirdest of places... walmart!

OK... there are no words... you just made me spit water all over my poor mac and my team mates rushed over to know if I was ok since I was in between a choke, a laugh and a hiccups it was the weirdest noise ever.

I have had the same wardrobe malfunction with the zipper splitting! It happened twice! I have this lovely dress that I adore and wore it on our first cruise the first night for the sailaway party and while just sitting there the zipper split open. Luckily it was a little chilly and I had a sweater on. Then stupid me decided to wear this dress again to a friends wedding. I had drank WAY to much and the thing split open again. So my very drunk friend and I headed off to the bathroom to see what two very drunk people could do about my dress. I was practically tearing it off on the way to restroom while the minister was walking by. Not one of my finer moments. I don't remember what we did, surprising I remember anything that night, but we managed to get the zipper down and back up properly and it stayed that way. You know what this very same dress is set aside to go on this cruise! What am I thinking! The dress is a size 12 and I'm now a size 8 so I was hoping there would be no chance of this happening again but now I'm not sure I should risk it.

Vanessa - try Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Filene's Basement too. Also - if you are in maternity stuff already, I know some of the kids consignment shops around here also consign maternity stuff. I got a great maternity cocktail dress on sale on line - not returnable, but it worked great for what I needed. And you know, target has some cute maternity stuff too. I always felt like I didn't need to spend a ton of money on maternity clothes since I wouldn't be wearing them for very long. Check with friends - they might have something.

(I'm doin' everything I can here to keep you out of the mumus...)

I'll try all those places. I'm gonna try to do a local search of maternity places too. I went to all the ones I remembered seeing but they were all turned into different places, so I was like CRAP!!!
There's gotta be ONE around this place! I know I ain't the only pregnant chick in this area!
