Let's see if I can catch up here . . .
We fly in on Friday and are staying at the Marriott Orlando Airport. Our plan on Saturday morning is to head over to PC after breakfast. We'll dump the luggage off and head over to Ron Jon's before parking the van (DM and DA are spending about 2 months in FL this winter
). Anyone else staying by MCO on Friday? We could have a mini-meet
For Key West, we have no plans. I think we'll wander around during the day. Have to be in Mallory Square for the sunset celebration
.
We booked with Captain Marvin's (11:15 trip) for Stingray City on Grand Cayman.
We plan to grab a taxi and head down to Paradise Beach in Cozumel.
We have not left our kids on board while in port yet. It's not that we wouldn't feel comfortable, but rather our kids have wanted to hang out with us. We'll see how it goes. Perhaps they'll want to stay on board while we're in Key West.
All this talk about concerts reminded me of another special event. A few years ago, I had to go to the Ford national dealer meetings out in San Fran. On the last night of the meetings, we had a formal dinner with entertainment. The opening act was Jay Leno and Kenny Loggins was the headliner. WOW, it was so cool to be in such an intimate setting with both entertainers.
We leave in 6 weeks! Happy Friday all!!!
