That is good to hear. Pre-lockdown, when I was planning our postponed Jan 2021 trip, the general impression I got was that it was a distant second place to Food and Wine. But, reading descriptions of both, I thought I'd prefer the Arts version. That wasn't the reason I picked the time, so the festival is a bonus. We've attended all the Epcot Festivals over different years and for us, Festival of the Arts is our favourite by far! We love the 'hands on' activities and snacks!
Can't wait till they announce who will be there and the food booths.
I paid my $85 to the TSA for 5 years of pre-check and it’s the best thing I’ve ever doneHas anyone seen where you can reserve a time to go through security at MCO now? Its free (right now but I doubt it will be free forever). I went ahead and reserved a time slot for our return flight home. If I read bad reviews before our trip I'll just cancel. Our flight is at 9:50 so I reserved an 8:00 time. I will just make sure our transportation picks us up in time to get through Southwest's baggage check to make the 8:00 reservation time. That will also give us time to grab something to eat once we are through security and have time to eat it before the flight.

I looked earlier today and saw some for week of Presidents’ Day. Honestly weren’t great from what I saw. I didn’t book any or even intend to was just looking out of curiosity.Any of our February travels able to get the AP discount they released? Someone said they were very limited and some not available when they tried. Hoping for a Disney Visa or general public discount soon. Even a small discount is better than no discount. UGH!
I switched from Pop to ASMu for Princess Weekend (Feb 23-Mar 2) and between the AP discount and the resort “downgrade” I saved $550Any of our February travels able to get the AP discount they released? Thanks for the info about what time you started looking. I'm going to set my alarm early for the next while to see if they offer any other discounts!A
Yes, but only for two nights of our split stay. Nothing available at 6:55 am for our 3 nights at Pop for any rooms; but by changing our view, I was able to add the discount to our two nights at Port Orleans FQ. Saved about $150; and it turns out that our POFQ is $25 LESS per night than Pop. Nothing was available at all 5 minutes later for any value or moderate except Caribbean Beach - and Art of Animation - but that was showing almost $500/night. Minimal is a good word.

My experience is that they drop at various times overnight. I've seen them as early as 4:15AM when I used to wake up hoping for Free Dining. Guess I'd better change my alarm to earlier. Thanks for mentioning it was probably earlier than 6:55!I always thought/have seen that discounts dropped at 7am. I've guessing these must have come out well before 7am, because there was nothing left by 6:55am. Random time? Midnight? Who knows these days? Maybe they keep it random to keep the system from crashing, because I was able to modify online and quickly.
