February 2012: less than a year away! let's get this planning started!!

Who's joining me in February 2012?

At this time one year from now I'll be in WDW!

I am planning on going in February 2012. Have a Disney savings account "growing" and hoping everything works out. I was just checking the forecast for this coming week at Disney and it looks nice. When we went last year it was chilly most days and definetly not 84 and sunny But it was still an awesome trip and nice weather even if it wasn't warm.
Can't wait to go again. Which is funny because when I came back last year I kept telling everyone that it was a nice trip but I didn't think I needed to go again. And then as the weeks passed I became a disney addict! LOL!

I'm planning to go the week of President's Day, which I know will be an absolute nightmare for crowds, but it's the only time I can really go. I haven't been to Disney since 1998, so I'm excited to go back with kids this time.

We're hopefully going the last weekend of February with John Deere again for their winter business meeting. We'll be adding a couple of extra days of course! Normally the trip is planned for late February/early March. We won't know for sure about the dates until late this spring or early summer. But until we know for sure, I hope ya'll don't mind if I join you here. I LOVE planning Disney trips!!

We just started planning too! Our last trip was early Feb. 2010, so this year we rethinking the dates, maybe a little later in Feb. Just looked at flights out of Detroit with Delta and they are 168/rt. for early Feb again, do we dare??? Oh what to do! So excited to be planning and dreaming, but cold weather again, not sure. Maybe we will wait to go at the end of Feb and celebrate our sons 4th birthday there, he's a leaper so that may be the way to go, nothing like celebrating a big birthday(really his 1st-) at the World! We are going february 24- march 2nd! I'm running in the princess half marathon that's on feb26. Super excited!

First week of Feb at POR hopefully if they do free dining again. We usually go every other year but can't wait that long!

Right now, we are planning to go the first of February and staying at POP. It will be our first time in a Value (we usually stay at moderates) but now with 2 children to pay for, the savings will help. Our last trip was this past January but we are ready to go again! We were there in Feb 2009 and the weather and crowds were peeeerrrrrfffffeeeeccctttt. Hoping for the same luck again and another great deal~~~stay 4/get 3 deal or Free Dining please

Just booked our split stay! Never have rented points so we thought we would give it a shot! Booked 4 nights 2 bedroom at bay lake tower at the contemporary then move to a two bedroom savannah view at AK for three nights!

Bought the plane tickets too! It feels real now. Super excited!

Joining in the fun! Keeping an eye on things and waiting to see if any discounts are offered. Also kind of leaving it up to DD who will be a senior in the fall. If she's interested in doing something different, we may skip Disney next year, but everything is so up in the air at this point.

I also am planning a trip for Feb.. still undecided where we are staying depends on the deals.. We went this past Feb 28th-Mar 6th had free dining and stayed at POP the kids loved that resort

Me and my family are going on our first Disney cruise in feb then we are having 10 nights in the all star movies. We have never stayed in the ASM before but my son was desperate to stay so we let him pick. Anyone stayed before? Is it nice? Can you request which building you want your room in or which floor you want? Any help would be great

We stayed there but it's been awhile. We stayed in 2002 and 2004. In 2004 our request were honored. For some reason that I can't remember my dh wanted to stay in the Mighty Ducks area. We enjoyed both our stays. Love the large Disney Icons.

Just booked 4 weeks at Fort Wilderness. Jan 29th - 26th Feb.

First Time at Fort Wilderness
First Time camping abroad
First time travelling Solo.

Taking a girls trip in February to run the princess half marathon! First timer... Very excited! Dates are still undecided but pretty sure Feb. 24-29. Not sure which resort...

Anybody running the marathon that is not planning at staying at one of the sponsor resorts?
