February 2012 flights?

Hi,
Does anyone know when the airfares for Feb 2012 will be released? We are planning a school vacation trip and I know it will be $$ so I wanted to try and book early. Do they ever offer free dining during this time? Thanks for the help!

Some airlines have already released their schedule for February 2012. We already purchased our flight from BDL-MCO leaving February 15 on Delta. Waiting for some more skymiles to book our flight coming back.
