So, do you guys usually prepay gratuities? I am considering this - is this something my TA would arrange? Any advice would be appreciated!

We have never have prepaid, I like to decide on the amount after experiencing the service. I guess the advantage is not running up your shipboard account and knowing it's paid before getting on the ship. If you booked through a TA then they have to take care of the payment. I go Guest Services early on the last day to avoid the last minute rush, it also gives me the option to pay with cash.

Wow, I just realized I haven't been on in awhile. Things are good, but crazy with school and all the activities. We have the 7pm showtime and the later dining. I'm glad we don't have the 5pm showtime with the late dinner. This way, we can (I think) go right from the show to dinner. I'm a little nervous about eating late with the kids, but we'll just have to have Mickey bars (or something) for snacks so they don't get hungry early.

I'm sorry to hear about the car accident! I'm glad everyone is okay though.

We are going to Florida for Halloween weekend. But we aren't doing Disney since our passes just expired, and we don't want to renew them until February. But we will be at SeaWorld, and thinking of going to the beach and watching the rocket launch. My kids' newest obsession is SeaWorld and dolphins/whales. So I am hopefully making a dolphin Halloween costume for Hannah and a killer whale costume for Noah. I hope they turn out okay! Why can't they pick costumes I can find at the store to buy?

I am new to the FE thing, maybe someone else has the answers about the FE questions. DMMarla07860 seems to be the best at administrating that end of things and I think she is at WDW for the weekend! (wish I was too!)

I don't think there is a list of people doing Back to Back cruises, but I am sure that if anyone is they will chime in!

I looked tonight and saw that Remy's is a $75 charge per person. I think DH and I will stick with the $15 per person Palo brunch. That is our favorite anyway.

I think I may try to book the brunch too! This will be our first cruise, so I think Palo will be just great for us! I just wish I could make time move a little faster!

We are also doing brunch, we are able to start booking today and have a reservation. We are doing a B2B starting on the 17th.

Hi fellow Disers!

I was able to plan some of our cruise activities over the weekend! We will be going to Palo for dinner and brunch. According to the CM, you are allowed to do both! Yeah! We skipped on Remi. Found a sample copy of a menu & pricing(somewhere here) and decided it was not for us. In Naussau we will not be partaking in an excursion. We may get off to walk around port and go to the straw market, but we need to get ready for our vow renewal ceremony at 4pm. No idea where it will be held - just another Dream "secret". Thought about booking parasailing for our dd 9 at CC. Anyone have a child try it before?

We are still planning on participating in the FE exchange (my two rooms). Already purchased my FE and started printing my magnets! This will be the first year we've joined! So excited! I'm also packing little gift items for Mickey to "deliver" one day! Looking for ANY little touches to make this the trip of a lifetime! WHAT LITTLE THINGS ARE YOU DOING FOR THE KIDS TO MAKE IT SUPER SPECIAL????????

Where did you see the menus posted? The DCL website still says they are working on them. I hope there are reses left for us Silver Members - LOL. I better get working on our FEs. Hope everyone's having a magical day.
