So, who all is coming down a day or more early?

I guess my real question is, who will be in the wdw/celebration area?

We are coming in on Friday, but flight doesn't get in till 7:30 pm. So much for our direct flights (canceled by Delta...now going thru Cincinnati). It doesn't matter as long as we and our luggage arrive safely.....DD has "free period" last class of that day, so leaving school early is no big deal.

Two weeks...

I'm more concerned that you might be upset when we WIN Either way we'll still be friends.

We use our breezeway as a freezer/refridgerator most of the winter. It comes in very handy when we have company. Our relatives from FL were here in November and they just laughed when they saw all the "refreshments" outside. There has to be some upside to this cold weather.

Today it is a balmy 50 degrees

You and I arrive in Orlando almost at the same time... however, I am flying Southwest and from a completely different direction.

My flight lands at MCO at 7:35.

Bonnie, Andrea and I arrive Friday... don't know which hotel, only that it is within 2 miles of the airport. I just text msg'ed Bonnie to find out where. Since she is meeting me at baggage claim, I figured we were good and she would know where to go.

RE: Bridge to Terebithia

I am a big cry baby... on a scale of 1 to 10 how sad is this movie. I heard it is good and also heard it has a sad scene.

I am excited that Enchanted is playing. I love that movie, especially the cleaning scene and the "How will you know". I don't know what it is... I will be 43 next week and when I see the pricess I am instantly 12 all over again.

Our group had a slight change of plans as far as excursions go @ St. Thomas. Andrea and Bonnie are going snorkling and I am going on the St. Thomas Island Tour. After the tour I plan to walk around St. Thomas a bit. Anyone else signed up for the St. Thomas Island excursion?

It's finally warm here today! It may reach 40 degrees. The snow is melting. I know winter isn't nearly over but by the time we get back it will almost be spring and the Dairy Queen will be open near us. That's what we have to look forward to after the cruise.

For now we are thinking about relaxing in the sun while being pampered for 7 days
Only 16 more days and we sail away!!!!

Where is a good place to buy an extender? I talked with Bonnie and she and I agree it would be fun to have one.

Durango, Vinetari's house is on the golf course isn't it. I played the course a couple years ago and I thought it was one of the big ones across one of the water hazards with a gator. Actually I could swear I ricocheted of the gator teeth and crossed the water and landing in his yard. I call myself a trick shot golfer. I think I have been able to hit three roofs off the tee.

I've been lurking, but not posting, but after reading the last severaly pages I felt it was time to chime in.

We (Me, DH & DD(10) along w/friends dw, dw ds-11, ds-8)actually leave in 7 days and this will be our first DCL.

First thank you to one and all that post here and on other threads, as all the info. has been extremely helpful in the planning, but also that I'm not crazy for being organized.

My DD and I finished our door stuff this a.m. and I'm off to finish to Disny PJ bottoms. May not be the best sewer in town, but this I can handle. Just wish I could get a handle on the packing. I've packed once, took 1/2 out and it still looks like a lot of stuff. I just have to keep telling myself we are going to be gone for two full weeks.

We rec'd our docs 2/1/08. Not much there, though I hope it's because I followed everyones advice and complete all my docs. on line.

Bridge to Terebithia is a real tear jerker. I'm a stoic, and I teared up at this one.

Two weeks from now I will be dressing for dinner on the Magic. Course, I guess tonight isn't too bad--I'm dressed up for the symphony waiting for DD to be ready.

Penryn is about 30 miles from Sacramento towards Reno. We are in Northern CA at the base of the foothills.

Alrighty then... I think I will pass. Anyone want to meet up to watch Enchanted together (or another movie like Nat'l Treasure)?

I am just sitting here checking to see if anything new posted while I cut out little Mickey heads from paint samples. May I suggest "Alien Green" for the cruise meet? I am going to write our first names on the Mickey head.

BTW: Anyone else sleeping with their Passporter book? I love that book. This is my second copy (had one for my first cruise in 2005) and already pre-ordered the one coming out in a month or two.

Welcome aboard! You are definitely not crazy for being super organized. Bonnie (sailing with me) and I are crazy organizers when it comes to any sort of Disney trip. Everyone in our cabin has an assignment. Mine is the door, Mickey heads, and bringing Expo pens.
