Mark, Im really hating you too right about now....packed already....geeeeshhhh!!! You do realize that you will difinitely need more than one bathing suit, one pair of undies and a beer coolie, right?

At the beginning of this packing thing I thought that it would be fairly easy. Boy oh boy was I wrong! Packing for two kids, yourself and the honey...Im gonna have to start drinking before I go on the trip!!

Yes, I think everyone is excited, at least I hope they are as excited as I am. I think everyone at work just wants to get rid of me so they dont have to hear anymore about the trip I havent taken yet!

Jen-thanks for the movie info Shannon has been wanting to see National Treasure & Princess Diaries 2. I think Allison seen PD, but not sure was with df & I think the rented it.
Oh the packing, I will be done by Wednesday night or so. If I do it too soon I'll just keep taking it all out. I have most of it laid out, the basement is covered. My biggest worry is if its cool. I can only assume that there are DLC sweatshirts ect.
Julia-I promised the girls @ work I wouldnt do the count down thing. I will try to remain calm. Yeh right
Well time to go back to my paper work. Need to pay some bills, ours & my parents as they are in Az for the next 2months.

Just a quickie question to all you previous Disney Cruisers. I've been looking around at different sites to find that you have to pay for sodas unless you are having them with dinner. Is this right??

Now what about the kids while they are playing in the clubs. What are they drinking for free? One of the guys that I work with was telling me about the four day DC that he took and he purchased some kind of card for like $35.00 for the whole trip and he could drink as much pop (soda) as he wished. Anyone with any info on this.....??

You all are nuts... it's sooo funny reading the notes here...everything from underwear to Love Boats...OK, we have engagments and anniversaries...I'm interested to see what anyone has to say in about 9 months!!!

Thank you all for the prayers and congrats...I have lot's of confidence in God with both.... Please, please let me join you for a drink though!!! LOL

By the way...someone has wayyy tooo much time on their hands to be packed already...but then I'm the ultimate procrastinator...I'll pack Friday after work and drive down that night (morning) about 3 am to get on the ship just as it's boarding...yikes. I might pass out with one drink! lol ...By the way, is it just me or do you find the older you get the less alcohol you can handle...I turned 40 last June and I've notice a big difference...I get better with age like a fine wine, I just can't drink as much!

That's how it used to be but now they have free Coke products at the deck 9 drink station and at the buffet. If you order from the bars, you will have to pay.

Just so you all know, Mark may be packed but no one else in the house is. I'm still doing the laundry thing.

I have to start taking the pets to their repsective camps tomorrow. First off is Elvis the guinea pig. He is all buffed and fluffed for his trip to Grandmas.

So many things to do. You know, the nails, the hair, the laundry, the packing, oh yeah not to mentioned all the other day to day stuff that interfers with the vacation plans, like every day life.

Julia, I'm with you on starting the drinking before the cruise. That way maybe I won't care if the house is a mess and Mark only packed a bathing suit.

I am really looking forward to meeting everyone and it will be fun to hit some of the night life together.

No way on the baby thing for us either. We had that permanently taken care of. Think babies are cute...when they are someone else's.
Gave D-FIL the cliff notes version of what I have learned about cruise, then gave him my passporter to read. He is interested to find out what he can before cruise.

AMEN to this! And this seems to be a good spot to tell you all something else about me since I'm sure to talk about it on the ship. Because well, I talk alot. LOL

I really do love babies but we just knew that we didn't want more than 2 kids. I knew that we couldn't afford to do the things we wanted with them if we had more. But I still wasn't over loving being pregnant. So Joe and I talked about it and I decided to be a surrogate mom. I worked with an agency that is based in CA. They matched us with a very sweet couple from WI. I've delivered 2 beautiful baby girls for them. The first one will be 4yo in March and the other one is 15 months old. The reason we went on the cruise last year is because they gave it to us as a gift after baby #2 was born. Then of course we had such a good time that here we are again!

So anyway, there's another wacky story about me. Are you all scared of me yet? I got married at the Mall of America and I've had babies for other people.

Jen-not scared just amazed-we too took care of the baby thing. Lets put it this way I'm 45 & have a 8 year. Two is more than enough for me. I didnt like the pregency thing @ all. So more power to you, its great that there are people like you generous enough to help others.
Well my morning wasnt too grand, the refrigator was a 65. I thought something wasnt right yesterday but my mind was on other things. Allison tell me now that her milk was warm yesterday. So before work I threw out everything. Dh has called in the repairman, wont be surprised if we have to replace it. Nothing really last that long anymore. Only 6 years old.
But in 1 week I'll be waking up on the Magic looking forward to a day in the sun. Have a good day Wendy
