Just to warn you all, I think I'm sending Kaela home with one of you. She's having one of her mood swing days and I don't like her very much right now. Going through this with her makes me appreciate my mom so much for letting me live.

Where is everyone??? Joe and I just got back from tanning. I think I went a little too long today. Now we're headed out the the mall for one last attempt to find Kaela some shorts.

Ok-you guys have been busy. Before I forget HAPPY ANNIVERSARY Jen & Joe. We will be married 13 years in 2months. Lets just leave it @ we met in a bar. I made once last visit to Kohls this am & also hit the tanner. Still waiting on the LLbean order should be here monday.
Jen-I know all too well about those 11 year old girls. Some days I"m not sure god knew what he was doing when gave me 2 girls. I have my days, then their days & then all of our days. It was almost 45 here today. Sunny. Ran outside--feel so much better. Went to Allisons basketball game & also made it to my nephews.
On another thread I seen people mentioning taking pants Other than the long pants I wear down, I wasnt planning on taking any other pants. I normaly wear shorts from april till november. I wondering about on decks early am later nights, can it get cool? I can see I'm leaving this packing thing till the last minute.
Kids didnt get any homework. Both teachers said they would send home after. They are both going to keep journal for part of the homework. Shannon is suppose to get newspapers from island we visit. Anyway back to work or not. Bunchs of ironing to do or not. One week from today Wendy

Found another pair of short for Kaela! Unfortunately she won't be able to wear them to school this spring because they are too short. Oh well, at least I found some!

I would say we're 50% packed. I need to work on Beth's stuff tomorrow and finish picking out what I'm bringing. Oh, and I need to take in Beth's formal dress because she's so darn skinny! She's always been petite (well, except for when she was born!) but she was diagnosed with ADD in June and she's losing weight with the medicine she's on. I'm taking her off it for the crusie and hoping that she'll plump up a little with all the good food! Of course Kaela has the exact opposite probelm. LOL

Mark, I hope your DS feels better soon! We've been battling head colds all week and I've just about used up a whole can of Lysol because DH hasn't gotten it yet! I hope you all stay healthy!

I have packed all the kids' things but I haven't even started on mine. I'll probably be doing that Thur night

I am not worried about getting the schoolwork... we homeschool so this is a "school" vacation for us

I was at both those stores yesterday. Shorts in the mens and childerns dept but not a single pair in womens! I've decided that there is a conspiracy in the clothing industry to drive me INSANE!!! Thankfully I found the one pair at Penneys. She should be OK now. I'm really not liking her outgrowing kids cothes.

Depending on your dining rotation..........You might be having your Character Breakfast !!! They have them on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday Mornings.

DS and I continue to battle a Cold/Flu. Fairygodmother is starting to get concerned about our health..........Its best we get this out of the way now!!!

Hi everyone. Now that MIL and FIL have decided to join us they are thinking about excursions and want to know what we have booked. D-SIL, D-BIL, D-Niece and D-Nephew had decided on going on Captain Marvins short 11:15-1:15 excursion with us. D-FIL wants to go too. That will be good, he is encouraging with the kids and easy going. D-MIL doesn't swim and feels she wouldn't enjoy the excursion. I am A-OK with that as she knows her limitations better than I. I've booked their hotel room for them for Fri night before the cruise. Yes, same place we are staying. FIL and MIL are appreciative that I did that for them. They leave Tues, and are taking their time driving down. I am taking lots of deep breaths and trying to put everything in perspective. "It will all work out" is my mantra.

BTW..........You can see the Wonder in port today. The Web Cam has a nice view of her with RCCL Mariner of the Seas. MOTS is a HUGE Ship.......Part of their Explorer Class...... Disney Ships have the Art Deco Look to them........Very Classic in appearance.........Besides we have a way cool Mickey Horn

I'm starting to believe this is true! I just don't understand why they sell them in kid and mens but not in the womens or juniors. Well, there was the one pair I found in the juniors at Kohls that was teeny, tiny. Over my dead body would I let Kaela out of the house in those! And I can't get over the mini skirts out now! I remember those being in style when I was little! OMG, I know what this means, it means I'm getting OLD!!!!

Good Morning all;
Up early today, 8am church-kids to sunday school & now dh has taken to MIL to visit a bit. I have ironed everything I may take that I want to. Now its the wittle down process. I'm not going to take too much-I'm not going to take too much--I keep repeating.
Jen so true about tween & junior clothes. I wont even let Shannon look at some of that stuff. She isnt build to wear most of it. But some of her friends But its a real challange to find tops that are long enough& pants that come anywhere near the waist.
Mark-have you been to the Hogs Breath. Seen they have live cam's, would love to go somewhere & call DB & DSIL & wave @ them.
Jen do your girls do the Character Breakfasts?-I we have it on Monday I'm sure my DF will handle the kiddies.
Has anyone checked on the movies?
I really dont know how I will get any work done this week. I'll just be going in circles. Dh has to work today, as of Friday his business is offically sold I still havent graspt the whole concept. I guess when we get back & he doesnt go to work it will set in. Anyway-need to do some more laundy & take the kids to the bookstore for book to read on the plane. Wendy
