Good Morning!
I stumbled around a bit before I knew what I was doing... I am excited that we did get a Palo dinner and the excursion (Turtle Cove Sail and Snorkel) we wanted. I am not sure if our Port Arrival Time is good or not, my DH just wanted me to get the earliest time available. He just wants to get on that ship! We have a 11:30 port time; hoping that is an okay time. The only thing we didn't get was the Palo Brunch. Hopefully, we can get on board early enough to book that. Keeping my fingers crossed!
We are all soooooo excited! Finally, it is feeling real!

I signed some of us up for the Doobloon Turtle snorkling port adventure, in St. Thomas.

Can't decide what to do about St. Maarteen. I've read that traffic is horrendous. I'd like to just go shopping a bit, but don't really want to pay for a port excursion to do that. Might just grab a taxi?

You can still book Palo once you get on board. Somebody told me they only let half the reservations online.

Tastings must be booked at guest services when you get on board

St. Maarten we booked with Bernard Tours. They come highly rated on these boards.

2 Months 1 Week 5 Days!!! Time is starting to fly... I can't wait, asked this morning if it was February yet so I could go on my cruise. (First real snow is in the foracst this week here and I'm NOT looking forward to it!)

When I look online it still shows Palo tea available on Sunday the 12th and brunch available on Monday the 13th.

We need your help! We have a group of 12 that have managed to get one cabana on the family beach for our cruise. The max that you can get wristbands for is 10 per cabana. So, two of us are not going to be able to go into the private area with the rest of our group. If you have a cabana with 8 people or less we would love to add two people to your reservation. We will pay our share and promise we won't ever step foot in your cabana! Please send me a pm or respond if you can help us out.

We had a poll on our Facebook page back in August, the majority voted for 30 days out, January 11th.

There's no cut-off date to come to the meet-and-greet, although we haven't set that up yet.

Just booked Feb 11th 2012 Disney Magic cruise. I've never been on a cruise before. Sooo excited! I'm (Polina)going with my DH Edward and 5 kids, Milo, 3 months old, Oliver 3, Timo 5, Andy 7, Jayson 12 and my mom who s never been on ocean cruise either. Hi, Polina, welcome to our cruise group and the forum here. It's nice to "meet" you, this is going to be one exciting cruise !

My dh (Mark) and I (Maxine, but please call me Max) are cruising without kids, our youngest is 19 (in college) and the older two are off on their own. Dh cruised once as a teen, but I am new to it, and I'm getting super excited about it!

A bunch of us are getting to "know" each other here and on Facebook; we have an account there https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/220653094632833/. Facebook's category for our type of page is "Closed", all you have to do is send a request to join and you're in.

Some of us are participating in the Fish Extender group (aka "FE"s). If you want to particpate in that, we have a google doc set up as a spreadsheet at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...hl=en_US#gid=0 to add your info to.

There's also been talk of having an on-board meet-and-greet (or two), although that hasn't been set up yet.

I think we decided to meet at 3:00 on the first day in the Promenade Lounge before the muster drill. (my family might be late as I've heard they do a drawing in the Spa for free services at 3:15 and I want to win!!)

Heather, hmmm, I'd love to win a spa treatment too. How far is the spa from the promenade lounge? Maybe we can excuse ourselves for 10 minutes and run up there for 3:15 and then run back? I'm off to look at deck plans....

From my understanding you have to be present to win. I've heard not many people are there for it so your chances are pretty good to win something.

You know, it sounds far apart but the ship isn't that big so it would really only take a few min to get from one to the other. Especially if you use stairs vs the elevator.
