FYI, I have completed all the possible doc online so I don't know if I would get different ones from you because I checked in online.

Page 13:Cruise and Airline Contracts, for me it was basically a blank page or maybe a title page with a bar code
Page 14:Cruise Contract Signature Form: The adult signature page that by signing you understand the cruise contract.
Page 15-23:Important Notices: A statement to the fact that the contract is legally binding, etc. starting on back side of page 15 through page 23 Terms and conditions of cruise contract
So there is not much in the documents that has to be filed out ahead of time. So don't worry to much about your documents.
