My wife will have packed enough clothes for at least three extra people. I pack 2 swimsuit, one suit 6 soxs. 5 underwear one pair of shoes, sandals 4 tshirts, two dress shirts. Done That's for two weeks! Oh, my DVC hat. I have come to discover that 85% of the time I'm in my swimsuit. As your walking to the SPA on the AFT side I'll be in the last lounge chair on the right. :cool1 :

lol and i worked on the laid back and happy thing today at Logan's (it's a steakhouse here) while dd was at ballet etc...

and.. i got another dress.. i guess i'll be gaudy laid back and happy.. this one is black.. told y'all jcpenny's was having a kick booty (dis friendly) sale..i got this one at Belks.. y'all ever heard of that.. are we the only southerners on board?

and what is this jewelers name.. in St. Thomas, jokester... i saw a bracelet last year in Nassau last year.. that i am still kicking myself.. in my large region.. for not buying.. it was stunning..

and btw.. y'all have become so real to me.. i met my bestfriend at Logans.. and all i did was talk about y'all.. about the "happy and laid back threads etc."

I keep buying things for the kids! I go out looking for stuff for me, and I come home with more things for the kids. Now they have 5 times as much stuff as they could ever wear, and I still have nothing!


I hear your pain!!! At one point a couple of months ago, I walked out of my bathroom and told me DH that what I had on was what I was wearing to the pool everyday......it was jeans and a turtleneck. I have 2 boys and 1 girl and you would think I would buy more clothes for the boys b/c of hand me downs and such....NO. I have no will power when it comes to girl clothes!!! They are so cute!!!! Plus my daughter can pull off the looks that I can no longer do.

I'm not sure of the cost.. but, i think it's same service.. i think the cost is reasonable.. i usually take the downy wrinkle release.. and we have a portable steamer..

We get to see our favorite Jeweler. We have gotten some really great prices over the years. He has some great blue diamonds. Looking for nice earrings. White & Blue mix. Also want to trade in a Tanzinite ring. He's really funny. Takes pictures of us together and has pictures of everything we've purchased over the years. Last trip he gave me a Citizen Eco watch for $120. Priced it in JCPenny's was 520. on sale for 350. plus 10% off for using your charge. I'm packing the money tree in my suitcase.

Last cruise my daughter got a blue and white diamond ring in St Marteen, would you share which jewler you have gotten the great deals at. She would like to get a pendent to go with the ring.

mine isn't bold.. but, you have to go back into your profile.. siggy thingy.. and right click/highlight the sentence.. and then click on the "A" color thingy.. click on lime green.. and then preview.. it should show up lime green in your preview window.. if you want to bold also.. do the bold step (same process) and then the color step..

does that help?

From what I have read...no. They let you take towels off at the ports. (is this correct any of you DCL cruise veterans??)

Okay all, signing off! DD just asked me why is it that the closer the cruise gets...the more time I spend on the computer ... that may also explain why I have not lost any weight....but darn are my fingers fit from typing!!

Chat tomorrow!! 1 week until we fly out of MD! (ps...it is snowing and FREEZING here! )

Oh yeah, and maybe the same black pants for dinner every night?!?! It's much easier to shop for cute kids than for me at my heaviest ever weight (so much for the pre-cruise diet!!). UGH!!! OK...I'm getting depressed. I'm going to stop fretting and get happy and laid back. It's vacation. It shouldn't be stressing me out! I'm just going to pack what I have; I'm sure it will be fine. Right? Someone? A little reassurance here!!

See you all in 9 days - don't laugh if I'm in my pj's when we meet at the Mickey statue!!

I'm right there with you! Although I did go to Kohl's and got two bags of clothes for under 40.00!~! Only a few things I could wear on the cruise though...everything was about $1.75 a piece! A few tank tops were $0.75!!! Maybe tomorrow we can venture to JC Penneys for some bargains....

BUT I'm all up for PJ's and black pants!! Count me in!!! Maybe we can have a PJ party on Deck one night we can wear our sunglasses and go incognito
