Feb. Use Year????

While waching the resales I've noticed that there haven't been all that many Feb. use years out there. Is this a popular use year or are they rare???

We have two BWV contracts, both February use year. I'm sure someone on these boards will be able to tell you if/how the contracts are allocated across months. We were recently looking into a contract for VWL and were told there are no January contracts for this resort.
